The class was through the University of Washington Experimental College, the class was the Beginning Stand-Up Comedy class taught by Stu Stuart.  As I told Stu after our performance, I did not believe we could do this much in so few days, but he sure proved me wrong.  Fun class, great people, superb support.  Thanks, Stu, and here is a plug for Stu Stuarts Website, be sure to read down his website for information on his Belgian Beer Tours.

Follow the link below to listen to an audio file of the performance.  When the Skydrive opens, click on the file to listen, be sure to listen all the way to end, for the audience comments, it rather surprised me.

First BLog Post - Vacation in the Tetons and Yellowstone https://www.thefocusedeye.com/blog/2012/3/first-blog-post---vacation-in-the-tetons-and-yellowstone I have often thought about starting a Blog, but I also wonder why people would find what I have to say of interest?  Hopefully I can bring my own perspective to things that I find of interest.  Perhaps I can pass on a bit of what others have taught me over the years, a small bit of "pay it forward" as it were.

So, to start things off, let's talk about our upcoming vacation to the Grand Tetons and Yellowstone.  Hard to believe, but this is a part of our country that I have visited.  No particular reason, just haven't gotten around to it.  We will be going in Mid-May this year, hopefully right after the roads open.  The plan is to photograph as much as we can, fill and refill those 16GB Compact Flash cards with great subjects.  Main focus will be mammals, then scenics, then birds.  If we are lucky we will have the great good fortune to view Grizzly moms and cubs as well as some of the Wolf packs.

I'd like to ask for your help, you those who have been to the area.  Any hints, tips, things that we should not miss?  Just drop us an email from our Contact page.

And if you happen to be there around the same time, please look us up!
